Rebs Defeat Hilltoppers

The Rebels got back on track tonight as they defeated the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers 10-3 in front of a rowdy home crowd at OU Stadium tonight. Phillip Irwin got off to a rocky start and was relieved by Josh Morgan to finish things out for the Rebels on the mound. Brett Basham, who has been hit or miss this season from the plate, had a great outing tonight for the Rebels. The wonderful SID department at Ole Miss did not put up a postgame report after the game, so I do not have specifics of the game to post.


Also, tomorrow I will dive into the SEC Tournament and give my thoughts on how the Rebels must perform.
