The Commodores(not the band)

Ole Miss in the recent future has had quite a problem with the Vanderbilt Commodores. It seems like for some reason Vandy always gets fired up to play the Rebels. Unfortunately the Rebels and most of their fans seemed to always look past them. I will admit that I look past them alot too.

This is not the way to look at this Vandy team. I have watched them play Arkansas and Alabama, and I think they are a good team. I truly believe they should be 2-0 in the SEC with wins over both these two, if not 2-0 at least 1-1. Bobby Johnson was turned this program around in a good way and has some legit SEC talent on the team.

The Commodores come into Oxford a 1 and 1/2 point favorite. I dunno the last time Vandy was a favorite over Ole Miss, better yet any SEC team. However if the Rebels play like they did last week, except they find the endzone this time, I think they have a good chance to win. And I also expect a good amount of Vandy fans to be in attendance.

I only hope Coach O and most of the fans are not looking past the Commodores.
