As Ripley Would Say........Believe It or Not!!

From an article that was run in the Wall Street Journal today. The Nielsen rating for television on college football games were released recently. Ole Miss was ranked 16. I was shocked when I read this to see that we are the 16th most viewed team in America. Those in front of us were Number 3 Michigan, 4. USC, 7. Notre Dame, 8.Ohio State, 9. Florida, 10. Alabama, 15. Florida State, and then #16 Ole Miss.

Those behind us were Number 17 Auburn and a tie for 18 between national champs Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Miamy. Others behind us were Georgia(23), Tenneessee(24), and LSU at #27.

I was totally shocked when I read this and have no explanation as to why we were above some of the caliber teams that are listed below us. Probably has something to do with us playing at 11:00 every other weekend when no one else is on t.v. Good job Rebs.
