Polls and More Polls

Below is the press release about the most recent poll from Baseball America. Personally I disagree with their poll, but I will let the Rebels prove that in a couple of months. On another note they ranked MSU number 13. Very over-rated in my opinion.

OXFORD, Miss. - Ole Miss got more good news for the upcoming baseball season when Baseball America released its preseason All-America teams and rankings on Thursday, placing the Rebels 23rd nationally heading into the season and naming third baseman Chris Coghlan to a pre-season third team All-America selection.

This is the third poll released this season ranking the Rebels in the top 25. Collegiate Baseball had Ole Miss coming into the season at No. 20 in the nation, while RosenblattReport.com slated the Rebels as the 25th best team heading into the 2006 season.
