Hardy Back on the Team

Well what many predicted, including myself, has come true. Greg Hardy is back on the team and will play against LSU this weekend. It has never really come out whether Greg had attitude problems, grade issues, or academic problems. But one can assume it was a combination of all of the above. Evidently Hardy has it together again and has committed to the program. It should be interested to see how his 2-3 weeks off will effect his play.

(Clarion Ledger)OXFORD — Ole Miss defensive end Greg Hardy has been reinstated to the football team and will practice today after missing about three weeks for violating team rules.
Coach Ed Orgeron made the announcement at his Monday morning press conference, saying the sophomore has done everything expected of him to get back in the good graces of the coaching staff. Orgeron did not elaborate on how much he thought Hardy would play on Saturday when the Rebels host No. 1-ranked LSU in a nationally-televised game on CBS.Even after missing two games, Hardy is still among the SEC leaders in tackles for a loss (15.5) and sacks (8).
