Is This About to Happen??

As I rode by the Starnes center today I noticed a trailer parked in the front parking lot. A trailer like this is usually used by construction companies to host their offices while on a work site. I have not heard of any construction that is about to start on this building, but maybe I was not listening good enough. At any rate it appears construction could be in the near future of the multi-million dollar FedEx Academic Support Center.
