Red Hot!!!!

The Rebel Baseball team continued to roll over teams as they have blown away two team in mid-week games to continue a seven game winning streak. Southeastern Louisiana and Murray State have both sufferred from the red hot bats of the Rebels. Pettway and Cozart have both continued to homer in the past two games as well as several other Rebels. While Will Kline had an o.k. outing tonight, he still has a long way to go before he gains the confidence of many Rebel fans. Michael "the Goose" Wakefield returned to action tonight as he relieved Kline to go 21/3 innings in a good performance. Let's hope the Rebs can carry on the red hot bats to Auburn. Hopefully Bianco and the Rebs will remember the awful way Auburn defeated us last year, robbing us of two seven inning games on Sunday. The Rebels have failed to win a series on the road in a while(thanks cook). We will really see what this team is made of this weekend....... New projections have come out about regional hostings have come out. The Rebels are projected to host, but I will wait until next weekends are out to publish............................................
The Ole Miss baseball team has more overall wins than any other team in the SEC(according to Yellum)......................... Shocker of the week: Southern University defeated LSU on Tuesday, no I do not mean Southern Miss, I mean Southern University of the SWAC, WOW!!
