Pigs Return to the Pad

I had to get these game notes from the Arkansas Sports Information Department, because the Ole Miss SID evidently did not feel like posting these two days before the game. Ole Miss(12-10,3-6) looks to add another win as they take on the University of Arkansas(14-7, 2-6) on Saturday. Surprisingly, Ole Miss leads the series against Arkansas, since they joined the SEC 14-13. The Rebels lost to the Razorbacks earlier in the year 69-46. However, senior Tommie Eddie did not play in that game, due to academic reasons. Look for Eddie to provide the spark this team missed in their last meeting against the Pigs. Arkansas is a decent team that the Rebels can play with, and can beat. However the Rebels can not make stupid mistakes and must play 40 minutes of basketball. Hopefully, the Rebels will pull together and start another winning streak as they make the push for a post-season bid. We must win our home games in order to have a shot at the NIT. The game begins at 4:00 and is being televised by Fox SportsSouth.
